Course Description


This course is for anyone who wants to learn the fundamentals of better balance, whatever your age or physical condition (with doctor's approval). Any age is the right age to start. Anyone can learn practices to improve your current level of balance, whether you are a beginner or already advanced.


We will begin with an assessment so that you know where your balance skills stand (!) right now. This in itself is a valuable balance practice.


Each day you will gain access to a progressive series of simple--but not necessarily easy--practices and drills. You will learn how to safely adapt them to your needs, either making them more or less challenging.


You will receive written instructions, videos, and downloadable pdfs. The goal is to aim for 10 minutes of practice each day, throughout the day.


By the end of the course, you will know what you need to know for a lifetime of better balance. The course material will remain available for you to continue to study and draw upon.
